Power Productions
president and owner, Judy Anderson, has written two incredibly
detailed reference manuals containing full systems for event or
fundraising auction management. These books are for anyone who has
ever wished that someone would just “show them how to do it” or
for experienced event planners wanting a new perspective.
Event Management Simplified is a 276-page
book that has been used as a course text by both the University of
Oregon’s Festival & Event Management Certificate Program, and as
part of Mt. Hood Community College’s Hospitality Industry
curriculum.
Auction Management
Simplified is 330 pages in length. It
contains in-depth information and systematic approaches geared
specifically to fundraising auctions and their financially
successful outcomes.
Both books are
valuable resources for either the novice or experienced event
planner and are packed with information, examples, and worksheets.
